I posted this on the general discussion to help someone but thought I would post it here so it's easier to search. Sorry for the double post and feel free to delete if you like.

Couple people asked me about the "service bulletin" I spoke about so here it is. Hope it helps someone.

"Service Advisory # 2003.JULY.SA-005
Condition: Clarion has continued to upgrade product and has done so with the stereo equipment for the 2004 model year. Technicians were not aware of a "programming change" necessary for boats equipped with tower speakers and/or subwoofers. This simple adjustment is made utilizing the button on the stereo unit face to the far right (top button).

Procedure: The following will restore the programming of the rear RCA pre-amp outputs to full frequency range.

1) Press and hold "Title/ADJ" button for two seconds
2) Use "SEARCH" button to scroll through the menu until the display reads "SW LPF".
3) Press the "VOL UP/DOWN" button to engage "REAR" full frequency range audio signal.
4) Once the desired adjustments are completed, press "TITLE/ADJ" button to exit program menu.

WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT IF THE BATTERY SOURCE IS DISCONNECTED FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS, THE RE-PROGRAMMING IS LOST.

IF A BATTERY IS REMOVED FOR WINTER STORAGE, THE RE-PROGRAMMING WILL BE NECESARY AGAIN IN THE SPRING."
 
i just purchased a 1989 250 sundancer i found the owners manual for the boat online on sea rays web site, but now im looking for the mercruiser 5.7 alpha one owners manual.... does any one have a link to it or is able to email it to me?

I'm in the same boat. I purchased a 1995 175 Bowrider w/135 hp Mercuiser , Alpha one. I can't find an operators manual for the motor either. I purchased the "service manual" but it doesn't have certian info.
I'll keep you posted if I find something...please do the same.

Hi All
Did anyone by any chance download the manual for the 300 weekender for 1987. The site lists 80-85 and 88 and up. It seems like the 86-87 did not exist. I did download the ones that are available and they look like they will work but I was just wondering if anyone had the one that was actually for the 86-87 300 Weekender.


The parts Manual unfortunatley starts at 89 so if anyone has that for an 87 Weekender that would be great too. Again, Sea Ray starts at 89 on their site.

I know i can make what i have work but I was just hoping to find the acual one for the boat.

Hey Dave my name is Sam. I've got a post on who's who. The title is "restoration". A site would be great, But at this point any manual would be better than none. An I.S.B.N. No. And I could order it from a book store. Even a used manual. A sea ray manual part No. Would give me something to go on even if it's no longer available from sea ray. Thanks Sam

how many models of sundancers did they have for that year, i have a 1988 sea ray sundancer myself, 23footer with a 5.7l engine, have no idea of what it is you are reffering to as far as 268 or whatever, how can i find that out, cause i also need the manual for the boat and engine. thanks
 
1984 SR 210 Cuddy Fisherman...Need a manual, engine and boat..I have the stern dr.....any ideas...looked at the SR site...had pictures of my boat...but thats about it????
 
I have a 1996 SR 400EC and can't find a manual for it. Is that year similar to 1995 or older? Any help would be appreciated.

Well, It looks like the links are no longer working. I could have sworn I located and saved the manuals for my engine and outdrive on my hardrive months ago, but low and behold I cannot locate them any longer. Can any one send me the pdf manuals for a 350 MPI and Bravo III?

Have a 1997 175 with a sterndrive - 135 Mercruiser Alpha One 3.0 ??? Can't seem to find it anywhere online.
 
Searay.com won't have manuals for your Mercs. You can buy them from Merc on mercurymarine.com
 
I can't seem to get the manual for my boat to download, I just get a new page that is blank. Any ideas, or if anyone has the '85 270 Sundancer manual Pm and send it to me? Thanks.
