Congrats and welcome, I moved south from Watertown, Wisc to get at least 3 more month out of the boating season. Living in Asheville, NC gives me enough winter to repair/upgrade/save money for the next boating season. The picure below is the "saving money" stage.

welcome aboard. i bought my 06 260 sundancer this time last year from okoboji, iowa. trailed it back and enjoyed it allot over this past summer. great boat congrats
