Download manuals and information for your boat

This is absolutely awesome but how do you open, download and save the other sections?

Go to the Service Manual Outline page, page iii, in the first section the link opens. If you drag your cursor over each section heading and sub-heading, you'll notice you can select each section to open and save.

Right on, got it, thanks a million

Could you please talk me through this part? I have downloaded #16 for my 1988 454 engines. That part worked great, but whenever I click on "index", it starts the download all over again & I don't have to tell you how long a process that is. I don't want to print 930 pages. All that I want to do is to be able to save this download for future reference & be able to open it back up without having to re-download it every time. Is this doable?

~thanx Ken

I'm not sure what the problem is? If you download it, it will open as a PDF. You just click the top left disc icon and save it on your computer.

Thanx "wileecoyote". Must have been some kind of computer problem on my end. It is now saving properly. The only problem now is that I get an Acrobat error message whenever I click on the "Index" button on any given page. It says "There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found". This is not the end of the world as I can still use the bookmarks on the left and scroll through all of the pages of any given section. What is that little "house" icon all about on the bottom right of every page. I presumed that it is intended to be a "Home" button to take you back up to the top, but it does nothing whenever I click on it.
Thanks again ~ Ken

Don't know, I never needed to use it. I think your guess is probably right. It may not work in this application. I've never used the index, just the bookmarks on the LH side. Gets me where I need to go.

Just noticed something. The manual 31cover.pdf that is suppose to be for 2001+ Small Block V8 says that the serial numbers covered (Page 4) are 0M30000 and 0M31000

My serial number for my engine on my 2006 is Engine Serial Number: 0W389319 (4M420G7TT)

Appears I'm gonna have to break down and buy new manuals.

I have gone to the SeaRay site for a manual for a1986 460 express this manual is not available. Anyone no where I might find this users manual/

Well, it looks like Merc fianlly caught all of the individual sites for manuals. All of them now default to a landing page directing you to purchase them. It was nice while it lasted. That being said, does anyone have a copy of the manual that covers the 4 cylinder engine and Alpha outdrive from a 1989 BR?

Hmmmmm well i have yet been able to find a manual on a sea ray srv225 express crusier 1981 if anyone know where to find one let me know please it's not on this site either come on Sea Ray !!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,
I have a 1987 Searay 340 Sedan and the steering is not turning the rudder to the right fully, thus making right turns painful. The pneumatic arm appears to have been changed at some point could be the wrong one. I have no part number for it. Also i got the generaotr serviced and just started the boat Sunday first time in 2 years .The cooker turned on firstly and then cut off and now the air con or any electrics from the generator will not work. Any ideas for a poor paddy.

You should be able to get parts from any variety of places like West Marine and a few others here online. Do a search and read a lot. You will learn as I have.

On the genny, start with your control box and the "old relays" that are in it.

Good luck and welcome. Place your boat info in your signature block and post in the appropriate place.

I was just on the Sea Ray site and it looks they completely re-did their site......BUT.....It doesn't seem like you can just download the parts manuals, owners manuals, etc anymore.....you have to first fill out a 'form' and then send it off and wait....I guess!!!!

Am I just late to the dinner table, or has this been discussed here already?

Here's the form from their site....

Has anyone else had any problems downloading the owner's manuals from the sea ray site after inputting their info? Every time I try, I keep getting error messages that the page is not found. I have sent an email to sea ray about this error issue and have not received a response as of yet.
