I keep getting the pop up to try Google ai search. I have been hitting "maybe later". Anyone using it? I'm just leery of all this ai stuff.

You and me both. I don't trust it's ability to use it to take advantage of the users. You know it will be used to get in your wallet.

Chat GPT is fun to play with. It's the only reliable source of data when it comes to the silly question of whether or not the jet will take off from the conveyor

I am not scared of it, but I am careful. Any data you feed in will be used for something. That is by design, that is how it works and why it is "smart"; tons and tons and tons of data.
