Check your vent filter. See if it feels heavy or remove it to check. Be careful as it may have been compromised with tank contents.Oh I am.

I ordered the sbmar filters, but the hose from the turbo is larger than the fitting at the end of the filter. Did you replace that fitting?I use an air filter cleaning kit from Amazon. Basically it is degreaser that you use with water to clean the filter with Then a red oil that you re-oil the filter with once it dries.
something like this but I used the S&B brand

thank you Mike. Will try to reattach the spring but I ordered a new "engine" as they call it from Flounder Pounder.I think this is what you need. Verify dimensions. https://fpmarine.com/products/mccoy-latch-engine-chrome?_pos=5&_sid=14566f15a&_ss=r
I have had to replace the mechanisms on a few of mine. Call tried fixing one of them but it ended up failing not soon after. I don’t remember exactly where I got the parts, but I was able to match them up online no problem.thank you Mike. Will try to reattach the spring but i bet i will need a new "engine" as they call it.
I am very confident I don’t have any leaks right now. (Knock on wood) I don’t hear it cycle at all when on the boat not using any water but after returning to the boat from a few days away with the batteries off when I turn the batts on it turns on for a few seconds. I assume it leaks down past the pump over a bit of time.Without water being used, how often will our freshwater pump cycle? Is it sealed well enough to never cycle until something is turned on? And so if mine is cycling often I must have a leak? I can't find water (yet) but it turns on for about 1 second every so often. M
Almost all of my leaks have been in the water manifold area under the galley. That area drains to the FWD bilge that you can't really see very easily. Thanks Jeremy. I guess I have a weekend project. My son (remember the pictures of him wedged behind the TV) is now 6'6" 250lbs. I guess I get to dive in there again...
That sounds about right. Water under the starboard engine? I had a little and wondered if I have a seal going. FWD bilge came on stopping the other day. My FWD bilge alarm came on too and that is how I knew to look for a leak in that area. On my boat there is a vertical panel to the right of the washer/dryer. If I remove that panel I can access the FWD bilge to dry it out once you find the leak. That sounds about right. Water under the starboard engine? I had a little and wondered if I have a seal going. I THINK I'm a little luckier. I am assuming the alarm is from my FWD bilge between the engines just at the bulkhead. I dried that area up and at least my alarm stopped yesterday. I'll get into it Saturday. My FWD bilge alarm came on too and that is how I knew to look for a leak in that area. On my boat there is a vertical panel to the right of the washer/dryer. I think a few years ago @quality time rebuilt a couple of them and posted on here.Anyone had to rebuild or replace these door handle "Motor" assemblies? We have one door handle that doesn't spring back into latched position. Starting to take it apart but wanted to see if anyone else has been down this road yet. Can tell if the spring is broken or just needs to be re-attached inside.

Same here, except I get the alarm after filling the water tank to the point that it flows from the vent and comes out of the fill port. I figure the hose going from the fill to the tank is compromised. If I fill until i hear gurgling like it sounds like it’s getting close, I get no alarm. My FWD bilge alarm came on too and that is how I knew to look for a leak in that area. I just wanted to update the group on an upgrade that I am finishing up. I converted the old phone jacks to USB-A and USB-C ports. Much more useful in 2023!
Nice upgrade. I have replaced the one in the Salon as well. Was easy to steal power from the receptacle near it.Here is what I used:
