A fact? What it is that you factually know he did? The comical January 6th committee had to edit the video to make it look like he called for violent protests. And they hid a lot of video that was later released that sheds a different light on that day. And thanks, but I deserve to live in this free country. And I fully support your right to be wrong.

Ahhh, Dullerd. One had 30,000+ classified email illegally on a private server and destroyed evidence to cover up that crime. Both felonies. The other may have paid invoices that the DA claims falls under the NY falsification of business records, which is a misdemeanor. She was never charged, despite Comey admitting she committed a crime. He is charged with a felony. Oh wait, I see what you mean about pronouns...they do matter. Only the pronouns are D and R.

While I agree with you that she should have been at least charged, I do wonder why the Trump admin didn’t do so?

Nope. I meant the DOJ under his admin. If the evidence exists, they should have pursued it.
