Many Kias and Hyundais are easy to pick up. All you need is a screwdriver and a USB cable and you can drive away for free.

Maybe Seattle has nothing better to do with police resources. Call a Baltimore cop about a stolen car they will tell you call your insurance company. They won’t waste one minute on a stolen car.
