Was getting ready to put the boat away for winter and noticed the pin on the coupler was loose. I don't know what is missing but assume some sort of clip? Do both sides of the pin need the clip like what is shown in the first picture? The second picture is the other side and that seems to be missing the clip. The third picture is the pin removed from the coupler just for reference. Am I missing any other parts and is it just the clip I need? Where can I get another clip like that?

Looks like the clip is on the wrong end of pin. Pin has a head on it, so I would think the Jesus clip doesn't need to be on that end. The other end has a groove in it, indicating a seat groove for the clip. Plus, the side of the coupler shows a wear mark where a clip used to ride on it, putting in the wear mark, but there is no clip there now..
Take clip / pin to hardware store. Ace has bins full of odd parts, like the Jesus clips.

Washers, yes (if there is room for them). C-clip on one side only.
