I just purchased this 32 Sundancer 2005 and the fuel gages are all over the place. I fill the tank and the next day both gages read around half. After about 10 minutes the make there way to full? Should I change both senders?

Learn how much fuel you burn per hour and forget the gauges.

I have a Garmin MFD and pull engine data in via FoxGateway (2001 MX 6.2 MPI pre-SmartCraft) and it will track fuel consumption via engine fuel flow inputs. I find this very accurate and rely on it. I have a Generator, but we haven’t used it much so far, and would need to manually account for its burn if we do.

I'd start with the senders. Ground your sender wire and see if your gauge pegs full. You can dick around with the ground wire to see how responsive your gauge is.

My gauges are slow to respond after powering up. Not 10 minutes slow... your gauges and senders work. Tanks full, reads full !

Same here -- mine start out empty and work up to full over a few minutes.

The other day it freaked me out as I know the tanks are almost full

Had a similar issue after making sure the gauge was working correctly and the wires were cleaned and secure I bit the bullet and replaced the sending unit
Problem solved

Do you have the typical OEM senders with a float arm?

I would look at changing them out for a level sensor as long as your tanks will accept a sensor that will need to be unobstructed from top to bottom. Based on a recommendation in another thread, I recently installed KUS sensors and have been very happy with them so far. They don't much more and were extremely easy to install, at least in my case.
