Illinois lock closures

So I am sitting in the Ivy Club Marina in Peoria for the summer due to the river lock closures. We have about 73 miles of boating available to Us and don’t get me wrong just being on the water is great, but I envisioned the vastness of Lake Michigan and several new ports to explore this summer. Covid stopped us in our tracks. The upside to all of this is the boat is 45 minutes from my house. I have never been this close to it and it has never been cleaner and my project list is gone. One problem is though I read this forum and you people are always giving me new ideas!
Update for you all is Lagrange lock has been pushed back to open mid October but the others are said to be on schedule according to local feedback. Here is a picture of Starved Rock, Old lock chamber inn Henry and Ivy Club in Peoria

Going to get to Spring Brook Marina for winter storage.
I still have my “I would like to do” list. That never goes away.

I believe that we saw you while we were fueling up down in MO at Port Charles in a 560 Sedan Bridge this spring. We were heading north from Knoxville back to Lake Michigan.

I get to Peoria on occasion for work. If your free lets grab a cold one
