Last season their bent up newer docks were in my opinion were not safe but were used any ways. We got tied up to them along with a newer 50' ray tied to the end of them. I could just see the docks breaking loose and folding up considering the condition they were in. I thought it was risky to tie that big of a boat at the end of a finger dock that was bent at least 12' out of square plus leaning so far out of level that they were hard to walk on. I hope they have fixed these docks for this coming season.

We didn't make it to Kelley's once last year. When we do go we always stay at Portside. What's the advantage at Seaway?

Blue, IMO our boats are a bad fit at Portside: Too big to fit in their finger docks, but not big enough to be guaranteed a spot in the well. (Which has its own disadvantages)

We have been to Portside twice and Seaway once. At Portside they've put us on the long dock both times with two or three boats ahead of us. So you can't move. I like the location and the marina though.
With the high water and no wake zones on the St. Clair River, I don't think we will venture down to Lake Erie this year.

When the lake get ugly portside rocks pretty hard seaway is better protected from the lake
We always end up on the south wall at Seaway. Since we travel with other boats this was the best way to keep us all together.
