Looking for recommendations on a solar battery charger system. I have a 240 SD with a 12 volt starting battery and 2 6 volts hooked in series. Boat is kept in dry dock area at lake with no electrical access. My boat repair facility suggested a solar panel with controller that would maintain the starting battery when I am away. He even mentioned he seen a flexible panel that is even sewed into the boat cover with a lead connected to the controller. Was curious if anyone had any experience with this type of battery charger system for remote usage.
