For the aft cabin sliding door on a 2001 410. These look to be nylon about 1/4” in diameter, held in place by two screws on the bottom of the 2 pc doors, and slide in the bottom recessed door track. One I can turn, so possibly this is a replaceable part.

Can’t find the part number in the Sea Ray parts manual or any of the usual Sea Ray parts houses. Anybody replace these at some point?

Also...any advice on how to get the door off the track and out to work on it?

A good one in the track..

The nylon nubbin on the bottom is spring loaded if you push up on the nylon Nubbin you can pull it out of the bottom track , on the upper tracks just back off the nuts until you’re able to disconnect the door from the rollers

A pair of needle nose pliers should do the trick Just grab the lower half of the “nubbin” and pull it up towards the door, Holding it in that position pull the door away from the track

Call the parts counter at treasure island marina in Panama City. They can find these. I bought mine from them.

Awsome...spent was too much time looking for these today already. I knew CSR would come through.

I think mine are broken. I tried pulling them out, but no luck. I think a new set will get the door back in working. I found the upper track was missing 1/2 the screws holding the track up. I'm surprised it didnt fall down...those doors are solid. Another nagging issue getting resolve.

Now for the main hatch cover track...

In your first photo of the one still in the track you can see that it has a plastic cover that fits over the “nubbin” post, inside is the spring they do get stiff overtime in your second photo the one that’s out of the track you can clearly see you’re missing the slipcover and obviously the spring that would have been inside it so if the question is still how to get the door out of the track my first Suggestion holds, you have to depressed this spring to get the plastic cover out of the track while pulling it away.. see attached photos in the first photo grab the Lower half of the nubbin and while holding it with pressure lift up towards the door to depress the spring and pull the door towards you away from the track. the red arrow show the direction to lift the piece . Second photo you see your missing the above pieces

One door has both engaged in the track, the other both are broken/missing, so I can get the door that needs fixing to swing out easily, and access the screws.

Going to call my local Sea Ray dealer and see if they can get them parts, or try Treasure Island
