my 320 in the last couple of months occasionally requires a shifter jiggle to turn over. Both engines, no pattern. Is there something I should change out or take a look at? About 520 hours.

Take a look at your neutral safety switch, probably located on the shift plate attached to the exhaust elbow. Purple wire.

Thank you. Connection looks clean and purple wires (two each engine?)look good too? Could it be a solenoid issue?

Check for continuity on that switch when it's in the "no go" It's that switch if the binnacle giggle makes it work

Ok. I hear the fuel pump turn on. And then after several jiggles it starts. Is replacing the switch just replacing the purple wired connection, about six inches long. Or it replacing what it's plugged into? Sorry for my confusion.
Later today I had a problem starting for about five minutes. I have not been able to recreate as currently it is starting every time. Love boats!

You could bypass that switch "hot wire" to test it. I bypassed that switch years ago, just because the Bravo doesn't like to be shifted when the engine is off. So if you accidently turned the engine off in gear, it's no problem to restart.
