Dude, Yes my needs have been met so I guess I'll move on from my thread.

FYI, those bikes you got sounded very nice and had you passed I may have been interested as an upgrade. Although I did get my folding bikes out today for the Grand Haven Trip soon, that are pretty nice and having the padded bag keeps them like new.

Our first set am I'm pretty happy with the build quality at first glance
Now we're trying to outfit them. Thanks for all the advice

Saw this bike on a loopers deck in Penetanguishene yesterday. Electric looks nice but pretty small battery pack and underpowered according to the owner at 250 watts

so we’re looking into getting 2 folding bikes for the boat we know Nothing about them other than Dahon brand
Does anyone have or experienced other brands ? Or have a recommendation?
Thanks in advance.

We purchased two Jupiter bikes - electric and are very very small -- 16 x 21 when folded
weigh about 22 lbs 2 hour for a full charge and you get 10 miles and up to 15 miles per hour
about 800 dollars

I rode a Sounders fat tire this afternoon. Turns out a friend has had one since 2017. It was my first ride on an ebike and it was awesome. I wouldn’t get a fat tire though b/c it seems it’s just added weight that’s only gonna make it harder to transport.

My friend has been happy with it, and has put over a thousand miles on it too. However his one complaint was that almost everything is property, so any repairs down the road will be tough.

I bought a new Electra Townie Go two years ago for $$$$ .I developed a tumor in my neck and the bike is sitting in our office brand new.It has the retro styling and is a beautiful bike.If I decide to go with a folding bike for convenience I'll make someone a deal on the Go.PM me if interested.
