I have a 2001 310 Sundancer. The side windows leak any time it rains. Looks like the water comes in through the rubber holding glass in the windshield. I called Taylor and they gave me a couple of part numbers but could not tell me what needs to be replaced. Has anybody had similar problem they were able to address?

Are you talking the porthole windows that open into your cabin or the side windows that are part of the windshield assembly?

Between the (1) glass/rubber or the (2) rubber/frame?

(1) tighten the dog legs with the little set screw
(2) Replace rubber gasket or remove and apply adhesive

That's the jist of it - but there are many threads about this if you want to search for more info.

I was going to say the same but the OP used the term "windshield" in his post. I'm wondering if his side windows (cockpit) are leaking. Mine will leak....until you strategically apply some silicone.

Oh, you're probably right. I misread. Yeah, the rubber get's old, tired and stiff. Dirt collecting there can do it, as well - doesn't take much.
