Honda is the way to go!
 
I've seen people cut holes in the side of their boat to install a household air conditioner. Why not just do that and strap the genie to the top??

Not that I endorse this as an option.....+1 on Honda I have a 2000 & 3000, run Topfuel in them only and you will never have an issue. I have the camo version 2000 it’s 10years old and will start on 2 pulls in 0 degrees. The 3000 will run a 110v mig Welder!
 
What you need to do is buy the smaller one so you can put it in the engine room. You can just duct tape a hose to exhaust and run it overboard. I keep my gas can stored right next to it too so it’s easy to fill. But... make sure you keep a heater down there in the winter so the fuel is warm.
