Congrats Steve & Jen! Are you ready for the long trip?
Ha ha! Give us a chance to practice docking a bit first! But longer trips are definitely in the plans!

Congratulations! Looks like it's a 2001 or newer based on the Sea Ray logo on the radar arch.
Anyone make there own salon windshield sun screen? The Sailrite website makes it look easy!

This is exact match in size and hole location.A couple of quick questions:
1) what’s the thickness of the melamine board that the stereo mounts to?
2) where can I get an access panel cover for the radar arch, like this (sorry it’s upside down)?

Ugh. I had the same happen. You lost one of the set screws that holds the housing together. The inner section needs to extend enough to match to the top of the seat pole. You can see just the top of where the set screw is (marked in RED) and that sleeve needs to be pulled UP. You can see the scratch lines where the set screw was dragging on the metal (outlined in yellow). it needs to go way up. Its a pain in the ass, but you can get it done without taking it all apart! FWIW I did try to take it all apart; it ended with a lot of cursing, all the hardware is frozen and I eventually realized it does not need to be done.My helm seat got screwed up when the shrink wrap was applied.
I almost took this thing apart today. Any advice or manuals for this helm seat and operating / repair instructions. It ha one handle for raising and lowering. One handle that stops the thing from spinning and one that slides it forward and back. It won't raise or lower and I can't even take my boat anywhere... I am not pleased!
