Bob Kraft Charged, Soliciting Prostitution, Jupiter FL

I'm certainly not as much of a football fan as I was before Colon Kopperdink took his knee, but I do watch the Seahawks a bit.

We're Gonzaga Basketball fans. My wife's son and his wife graduated from GU and we've long been fans. They should soon b be rated #1 in the nation.

GO ZAGS!

So, yesterday the prosecutor offered to drop the charges if Kraft signed he would have been convicted it it went to trial. WTF???

They do not have the goods to convict. This will go away. Leaked info says they have sex acts on video but do not have what the law requires to get a conviction. Also been leaked Kraft was only with Florida citizen residents in the 40-50+ age range that owned or managed, not trafficked women.

These cops need to find a new gig instead of inventing crime. Charges against Kraft will be dropped because this "surveillance" has a lot of procedural problems with it. Why do you think the DA wants to settle this outside of court?

I stupid waste of taxpayer dollars.

Wild guess - the impact to Kraft from the NFL may be more impactful to him personally than the legal part of this.

I don't think it will ever get that far. Keep in mind the Patriots are a hobby for him. He runs an empire. His lawyers will get this tossed and the NFL will have nothing to act on.

Sorry i had a typo ,it should have read "new england pay for tits"

If no conviction, no NFL response in this case...MM
I think Kraft's defense team is likely to challenge the videos and to do that they'll have to challenge the integrity of the affidavits that were used to secure the search warrants.

That sounds easy on its face, but keep I mind those affidavits and warrants were signed by a judge who I'm certain knew the huge impact of this case.

I've written many search warrant affidavits and warrants and presented them to judges for signatures. It was never a case where the judge just automatically signed the papers. There were always questions by the judge about the case and I always had to substantiate my probable cause.

My read on the reporting is they do not have the actual solicitation to convict him.

Now how is this related to "Deflategate"? ;)

Deflategate aside how about Edleman's 4 game suspension at the beginning of last year. He was suspended for using a "substance" that could not be identified. He appealed and Goodell upheld the suspension. Goodell is the judge and jury in both the initial suspension and the appeal. Give me a break.

It was a implied joke complete with an emoji at the end of it......

Sorry didn't mean to be so defensive. The part of the Kraft situation that bothers me is that early reports seem to want to implicate him in "human trafficking" and engaging in sex acts with underage girls. The actual police reports have him engaged in sex acts with the 2 female owners of the establishment in their 40s and 50s. The 2 are completely different types of crimes. As to whether Kraft "solicited" sex from either of the 2 women or if they "offered" him a "happy ending" would seem to be the deciding factor as to whether he would be found guilty or not. My prediction is he makes a mockery of the charges and is found innocent. What the NFL does is another whole scenario.
