2007 sea ray sport 205 5.0 liter reverse polarity :/

Well, in the process of getting ready to sell my boat, I mistakenly hooked up some jumper cables from my boat to my truck....reverse polarity, and tried to start the boat before I realized my mistake.

Now I get a click. Engine will not turn over, and no noise from fuel pump. Doing a little research, this may look to be a costly mistake.

Figured I would ask here for some possible troubleshooting tips, to narrow down where the problem/problems may be.

There’s a good chance that several other fuses have blown too.

Break out your ohm meter and start checking them.
 
There is the main breaker on top of the engine and a smaller breaker attached to the port side of the transom. (Right side as you are looking at it). Why is it when you are installing a battery and you drop a wrench it always make contact with both battery terminals? :)
 
Mefi motors have 3 small fuses on top by the ECM. Could also be the 90 amp block fuse at the starter.
Bust out that DVM.
