Hey Guy's, Looking for a quality surveyor in the Atlanta, Ga area. Thanks in advance

A few people have used Mike Griffin (678-977-8844) or Allen Douglas (770-697-4175). I have no experience with either one of these gentlemen.

Dave Holton 770-241-6538, have used his services twice now and recommended to several other happy boat owners and sellers, tell him he owes me a beer if you use him.

What are you looking at? Chances are someone on here knows the boat really well and can give you some history. If on Lanier, I'm happy to help. Good luck!

It's a 2007 360 sedan for sale @ Atlanta Marine with 260 hrs, non hard top

'07 36 Sedan Bridge...I had a suspiscion and looked it up on their website. I can tell by the pics that last summer it was parked at the gas dock at Hideaway Bay Marina. I knew it would not fit under the bridge so it would have to be moved by land...At one time, we looked at these boats, so it caused me to look closer. When I saw it late in July of 2018, the exterior was in rough shape-badly oxidized, scratched up, etc. Looking at the pics, it has definitely been cleaned up. I only viewed it from the outside so not much more I can tell you, but it needed a lot to bring it back. That would make me wonder what else had been let go, but then again, a good eye and some maintenance records could dispell those fears as well.

There was a 36DB for sale on Lanier a couple of years ago. I suspect this might be the same boat as I have not seen another one here.

Blackbird keeps his boat at Hideaway Bay maybe he has more to say.

Good luck!

Bennett

There you go, worth the price of admission. If you need someone to put eyes on it before forking over cash for a haul out and survey. Let me know, I live right by the lake in between Holiday Marina and Hideaway Bay.

Much appreciated Bennett

You are most welcome.

Dan-I am not sure where it is now, but the boat was surely at Hideaway this summer. If it is still there, wonder how they plan to do a sea trial? Let me know what you find out.

UPDATE: Just checked Atlanta Marine website again and says the boat is still at Hideaway Bay.

I'm pretty sure I looked at that boat over a year and a half ago, I think Pop Yachts had it listed as a repo. I passed on it quick.

Thank you sir, I've passed on that one as well, too many unexplained info on that one

And this my friends is why I love this site and the community that uses it.

In case anyone searches for this topic again and sees this thread, I used Dave Holton and could not say enough good things about him. He has gone above and beyond to help us with the survey and info. Great guy and did a thorough search of the boat.

I have used Dave Holton too for the past two boats. I would highly recommend him.
