Wish I had a pic of the door I had made for my 300 WE. It was ridiculously easy to build from Lexan. Used a sheet of 1" thick plastic, cut to fit the old door opening using the old door as a pattern. Glued a cut to fit lexan trim piece on top. Attached it to the doorway opening with a stainless piano hinge, and after everything was dry fit, cleaned up the joints and painted it to match the Sand gelcoat using Imron. It looked like it came from the SR factory. Plastic is easy to shape with a band saw and block sander. It is easy to polish and takes paint well. If you are handy, you can make those doors.

Thanks, do not have original doors for Laguna. Doors I took off were particle board trimed in teak. Don't have the original size, I supose I could cut and fit a template then create lexan copy flip for port and starboard but didn't think it would be this difficult to find drawing or buy replacements.

Starboard might make for a nice replacement.

Wow man this does look better then what ST did at the factory!
We took off the teak rail across the rear of the cockpit too. I liked the look of it but it was a maintenance headache. We filled the holes where the rail was installed and gel coated them. Boat had a cleaner look and was easier to care for.

Yes! I was looking at that and couldnt put my finger on the missing teak..that should jump popped right out being on my grandfather's for so many years!

The only teak we left on the outside were the step pads. They were easy to care for and looked great. Got rid od the teak on the front deck and replaced that with stainless. Again, for ease of care. Here is a pic.

I have originals, if you need size. I pulled mine and am going to redo out of sapele.
