Ever since we got our 310 Da. my BWDS (boat with draw syndrome)has had a strong effect on me. Back when I had our 230 Wk. it wasn't as bad because it was here at home on it's trailer so I could sneak under the shrink wrap and tinker around . Now the 310 is 2 hours away. So what is some of the things everyone do for their BWDS. One thing that I've notice with BWDS makes

I am just sitting here green with envy about your winter storage arrangements.....

Hi,my name is glen and i havent seen my boat since october 22nd.

Hi Glen we all feel your pain we're are in the same boat well not really. If your symptom get to bad you can try a Boat Show if your lucky you will have a good one in your area.

I've been down twice in the past week to check on my baby. All was well the first time. Then we had a day (yesterday) of winds in the 28-30mph range with gusts to 50mph. I went down yesterday afternoon to check on her and all was fine.

Are you 100% now following your transmission adventure earlier this year?

Not quite. The genset is out of the boat and at the repair shop. Parts are on order and the shop has assured me it will be up and running by the time we get back from AZ in early February.

To say that I am excited about having it all back together is a HUGE understatement.

Will be like a new boat next year.

That's my hope. The genset is the only thing on the boat that has been a problem so with that fixed I'm hoping all will be well on the Columbia.

At least i keep her in heated storage.I will be right down the street from her next week for aluminum welding certification testing all day, hopefully i will get finished early enough to visit and meet with ray marine guy to figure out the sonar transducer placement for the new electronics he installed past summer.
