Carter, Kimberly and I are so happy we told the lock master we would wait for the slow boat approaching the locks about 6 miles away doing 8 knots. Of course, I said to myself... here comes another trawler. I was very surprised to see you come around the corner in that big beautiful See Ray 58 Sedan Bridge. It’s been a great run and looking forward to the next two days making our way to Dog River with you and Susan.

Yea - but you didn't say we picked it up to 25 kts to get there quicker!! LOL. Look forward to the run to Dog River tomorrow and will be sad to see you turn West Sunday when we turn East.

You need to post your dinner at Bobby's Fish Camp tonight...

I’m happy to report that we are no longer two boat owners. Sold this past week to a club member. Mark, hope you enjoy the boat as much as we did.

Great news! hope the new boat is treating you well

We love the new boat. It preformed flawlessly for all 1700 miles, 7 rivers and 42 locks.

Good luck with your Sundancer search. As someone already mentioned, with a saltwater boat make sure you closely inspect the raw water system.

Looking at one in the NJ area. Hadn't planned on considering salt but the boat has all the options we wanted.. full upper and lower teak, lift, new electronics, stern thruster, interior hard surface flooring, drop curtain canvas option. Will be having the entire cooling system fully serviced by Cummins if everything else checks out.

Want to give a shout out to Keith. Great guy. Made a challenging boating buying experiencer for me as pleasurable as one could ask for. Good luck with your new boat. I have big shoes to fill to keep my new one up to your level of perfection!

Mark, congrats on the new boat. As I always say, we never really own a boat... we just take care of them, put lots of hours on them and pass them along to the next owner. The trick is passing them along in better condition than you purchase them.
