Hello,

I've got a Sea Ray 345 sedan bridge. (1989 Complete overhaul 2 new mpi engines etc.etc.etc.)
I search for the electric diagrams of the boat.
All other technical documents of this boat would be welcome

Thanks for your help!

Jos, welcome to Club Sea Ray. Have you looked at the Sea Ray website for the documents you're looking for? Look at Searay.com, and then click Owner's Resources in the top menu bar. You may find what you are looking for there.

If not, email Sea Ray with the information you are looking for. Be sure to include the hull number for your boat when asking for any information.

Good Luck and again, Welcome!

Hello!

Thanks for the info, i did already what you told but i can't get the specific electrical data sheets.
Sea Ray site cite me to the local dealer, but local dealer does also not have the documents. (boat is to old 1989)

So all info is still welcome!

Former owner of a 1989 340DB (same boat as yours), but equipped with the original 7.4L Mercruisers. I'd love to hear your performance numbers with the 4.3s. Cruise speed, fuel consumption at that speed, and rpm at that speed.

I would cruise at around 18mph and burn about 30gph, at around 3300 RPM (sorry, I don't know the metric conversions of these numbers!)

Hello,

The props of my boat are new and adjusted from 20 to 16. (dia is 18 remained the same)
I use the boat only on the river so speeding is not quite necessary.
At Full throttle the speed is 25 Km/h At 4000rpm. (must be min 4400rpm) boat comes in plane.
This is 400 rpm to low so you can't do this for long time.... , but as i said the boat is now design for economical use.
to achieve 4400rpm i can adjust the props to 14, but then i must use more throttle(rpm) at low speed for keep the same speed.

The old configuration with the 7.4L mercruisers was catastrophic in fuel consumption.... i'll take the boat from the belgium coast to the city of Maastricht (Netherlands)
a trip from 2.5 days, i used 36 jerrycans from 24L plus there was a amount of fuel still in the tanks.... all by all i think a 1000L...............

Now with the new engines i put the throttle on 1600rpm at 12Km/h fuel consumtion is aprox 12L/h with both engines, low noise and cool to navigate.
So this is quite a difference now....

The boat has also a compleet new teak floor on the whole boat as you can see, a compleet new electrical installation inclusive internet/remote control of temperature control/measurement.
Internet controlled/engaged airco. ect. etc etc......

Hello,

One diesel engine was 10000/15000 Euro's more expensive.
The diesel fuel price compared to gasoline is not much any more in the Netherlads.
So it was no option for me.
And gasoline is sportier and does not shake... (haha)
Do you have any electrical data sheets of this boat by accident?
Any other data is also welcome.
Al data witch i can have on the Sea Ray site I have already.

Sorry, I don't own the boat anymore but I only had the manuals that are available on the website. Best of luck with her. We really enjoyed our sedan bridge!

Hello I have a Sedan Bridge 345, 1988 with 7.4 Merc's. Does anyone that the fuel consumption that I should be seeing?

Thank...

Mine was an '89, but same boat and engines. The data I got from Floscans meters showed that at 3300 RPM I was burning 30gph and chugging along at btwn 18 and 19mph. The boat is VERY much subject to headwinds. With good tailwind and 1/2 tanks of fuel and water, I'd get a shade over 0.70 mpg.

I have the manuals parts list and some wiring info. I also have manuals for the mercruiser genset ice maker and a/c. Send me your e-mail and I will send what I have. I bought my boat last week so unsure of cruise gph.
